If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from POLAVER, we’re here to help.


You have 3 calendar days to initiate a return of an item from the date you received it.

Items purchased in Polaver retail store must be returned in-store within 3 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Inner packaging should not be opened, worn or altered.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note that items purchased at a retailer or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, changes or alterations.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will refund you based on the condition of the item.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or altered products.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
