Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Pleas allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Notice must be given to us of any goods not received within 10 days taken from the date of shipment dispatch.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs of his order.

Shipping costs are not refundable in any way.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped.

Damages

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via Aramex. All our products ship from Lebanon to the destination of your choice around the globe.
